Thumbs down Hillary is first presidential candidate to run while under federal investigation

Hillary is under multiple federal investigations to determine if she will be charged. These federal criminal investigations on Hillary are being directed by a democratic leader so any argument all the investigations are politically motivated is untrue.

Any voter who assumes that Hillary's foundation that is under a federal criminal investigation or if Hillary's deleted emails AFTER a federal subpoena is going away soon is quite naive. Hillary has lots of legal problems and voters are greatly concerned and voting for any other candidate than Hillary.

You don't know that. A good hacker will leave virtually no trace that they've been there.

Have either of you listened to these hearings? If not you have no idea what you're talking about. You really don't.

In the IT work world, word spreads fast of weaknesses in high profile networks. I am sure there is not a hacker around the world that did not wind of how vulnerable was Hillary's server. Everyone from seasoned hackers to newbies were taking a shot at it to see how they would fare in accessing info.

Hillary's server most certainly had the barest minimum security protocols in place. Just enough to avoid alerting outside eyes from other govt depts as to what was going on.

Thus, it sickens me to no end when Democrats start to act as though they are the morally superior party, because that could not be further from the truth.
Just because the Dems are more unified and the GOP is split does not mean they are acting "morally superior." Both Obama and Bill Clinton were criticized by Dems during their admins --Obama on the health care thing and Clinton on Lewinsky. They are willing to criticize where criticism is due. Not seeing it with the Comey thing. This was unnecessary. This is the FBI acting like J. Edgar Hoover.

And even though some of the GOP is sticking to their principles and criticizing Trump--many aren't and they are all voting for him, so their "criticism" is besides the point. Especially Ryan--who has denounced him, won't campaign with him, but endorsed and voted for him.

As far as acting morally superior--all these GOPers salivating every day while they wait for Julian Assange to toss them red meat is morally repulsive and I find that sickening. He's a front for Putin, he is taking stolen documents, and stolen private information and publishing it. There is nothing moral about it. If he had physically stolen private documents, he would be arrested (if he wasn't a coward on the lam). Putin is hijacking our elections and it reeks.

You will , as will all of us, be getting a crash course on federal regulations regarding handling, distribution and storage of state dept information in the coming months. Then there will be the perjury aspects to the original investigation, intent and gross negligence will be probed as well.

The FBI is now rebuilding it's credibility and wont make the same mistakes again. The WH and DOJ will not interfere in the reopened investigation.

The qst now becomes can Hillary actually handle the unenviable tasks of placating the nation about Obamacare, deescalating the middle east etc. , then to deal with non stop inquiries into the Clinton foundation and the illegal server.

A resounding no. In all fairness nobody really could .

There will not be perjury investigations based on anything reviewed so far. I'm now 15 hours into these asinine hearings and there is nothing there other than the fact that republicans have lost their minds. Unless there is a smoking gun on weiner's computer it won't be happening.

If the nonfindings of that long FBI "investigation" bother you, then by all means feel free to vote for Drumpf.

Leader of the "party of personal responsibility."

See ya Nov 9th.
