What difference does that make?

Are you saying it is ok to break the law if you are a businessman?

He's hurt a lot of people, he's cheated in order to win lawsuits and he's cost thousands to others in court costs (he always seems to cost others money).

He's an extremely corrupt businessman, and will continue to be a corrupt businessman whether he wins or loses. He has many lawsuits out there to settle, or cheat on, he still has not produced his taxes, which we can assume he cheats on, and he has not plans to cut ties with his foreign business ventures if he were elected.

I'm so so sick of this self-important hypocrite screeching about others, when he is one of the biggest crooked criminals around.

Not sure what your point is. The Newsweek article lays out a pattern of Trump destroying evidence and court orders to avoid responsibility. Add this to the long list of unpaid or stiffed contractors, the fraud at the Trump University, the improper use of the Trump Foundation for his own benefit. It all adds up to the inescapable conclusion that Trump lacks ethics and integrity in all of his dealings. Not the type of person that we want in the Oval Office.

Wow, Trump is getting accused of doing exactly what Hillary did. Except she did it and Trump may or may not have done it. And he didn't do it on such a grand scale as Hillary. You paid Hillary trolls suck at your job or are you just following the orders of the panicky idiots that run Hillary's Crime family?

Just another proof that Hillary voters are leeches of the society as they don't work!

If you work, you would know that each company except for some small businesses has something called "Document Retention Policy" which states unless required by law, all documents will be systematically destroyed after X months. Each company defines the X differently but mostly 12-24 months.

This is not just a common practice but a REQUIRED practice for every business.

The question is did his company destroy any record that a) is a part of on-going litigation and b) was destroyed AFTER they were notified?

They don't understand how business works. They are upset that Trump has such a thriving business.
If he was really screwing everyone word would get around quick. Especially with the internet.

He just opened a big luxury hotel and Hillary supporters are very upset because it's a tangible example of how he can build things and get people working...early and under budget too!

How did Bill and Hillary make money.. Speeches to scumbag banks like Goldman Sachs that admitted they LIED about investment and had to pay a $5 BILLION fine? Goldman and those big banks she's cozy with brought down the U.S economy.

Jesus H. Talk about head in the sand. You do realize he has 170 Federal lawsuits currently?

If there's one thing entertaining about this election, it's watching Trump supporters squirm, rationalize, and twist themselves when trying to justify their unqualified scam artist groper candidate

Show me the 170 lawsuits please? Are they criminal or civil?

A business always gets sued in USA. It's just a part of doing business. Companies I worked for always have 30-100 active lawsuits open in any given day. It's how we in the business world resolve our dispute. In this lawsuit happy world of US, people would sue you if you farted in a wrong way.

As big and diverse as Trump's businesses are, 170 cases sound about right. It certainly doesn't mean he has any wrongdoing. It simply means there are business disputes - which business doesn't have any dispute with others?

The only federal CIVIL lawsuit is the rape case which was dismissed in CA but now "re-filed" in NY.

Yes this is true. Even small little mom and pop businesses will have lawsuits. Many people see someone like Trump and see dollar signs. Unfortunately.
