Not going to happen or you'll see what real riots look like.

You guys have been telling us all along that this is an unprecedented election. That even the seemingly impossible was possible. Well, I admit it, you were right. It seems we can't predict anything with certainty any more. So who is to say this isn't yet another unexpected chapter in this unprecedented year?

The mechanism is in place, so it's not impossible that it could happen, especially when the popular vote underscores the clear choice of the majority of the electorate.

You guys, after all, taught us to never say never, right?

This is so true. I know this isn't most Democrats. Most people just want to get on with their lives and see what happens in the next few years. The time for demonstrations and protests and calls for impeachment is when the president actually does something wrong. Give the guy a chance. He's the best Republican you could get. He isn't threatening to not work with congress like Ted Cruz did. He actually cares about people and their issues, and he won't run from a fight. We need someone like that right now.

I read an article on a PBS site talking about the pollsters, and where they went wrong. The author recalled working for pollsters after the Truman election who went and talked to people they met. No notes because that would distract from the conversation. They just talked to them and learned about what mattered to them, how they thought, what motivated them to vote for certain issues. Today they have young kids calling people who voted in the last election and asking a series of questions to put in an algorithm.

I thought, hmmm, while Hillary was cloistered in her office preparing for debates and how to be president, Trump was the one going around the country talking to people about their issues, and what motivated them. There is a lesson to be learned here. Maybe Trump isn't the idiot people think he is. Maybe he has learned something in his years of building a business that has business all over the world. Maybe he knows what he's doing based on experience and not something he learned at Harvard or Yale.

It's never going to happen. Liberals: It's over.
Trump was elected fairly. It's time to give him his chance.

Actually I think the truth would really hurt you... if you admitted it. Which you will not.

It is also possible that electorates that voted Hillary will change their vote to Trump offsetting the Trump-to-Hillary changes. Or possibly make Trumps win even larger.
