The absolute only thing that is keeping her from being arrested is this election campaign. If she loses, all her friends will turn on her and distance themselves. Her enemies will jump for joy and go to work.

They will make an example out of her. I don't know if she will ever see the inside of a jail cell, if Obama doesn't pardon her she will use her health as a crutch and live out her days under house arrest.

But she has to win to avoid prosecution.

And that is a dreadful commentary on the authoritarian and dictatoresque nature of Trump.

Threatening to prosecute your political opponent is just so third world, and not worthy of this great nation's political process.

If she isn't truly deserving of prosecution then ok. But to make an example out of her sets a dreadful precedent. If you think it's hard to attract good presidential candidates now, just wait until you throw the trphreat of prosecution into the mix.

She could be prosecuted even if she wins.

When was she found "innocent"? Comey stepped outside the bounds of his authority back on July 5th and proclaimed that while Hillary broke the law there was no "intent" and therefore he didn't think she should be prosecuted. The laws she broke DID NOT require intent. In other words they declined to prosecute. That is far from being "found innocent".

When?
I do not recall anyone ever saying "she is innocent".

If she HD followed the Law she never would have had her troubles.
There are things she has done that are known and illegal that there is no question of it.

Destroying evidence and perjury for two.

She will lose as many in the departments who can't speak out will do so by voting against her!

That's aside from the people who lost faith in her and can't vote for a dishonest person like many smart Independents will vote for Trump. Maybe not their fist choice but the better choice out of the two!

That is false.

She violated the law (18 U.S. Code § 793(F)), she was however not prosecuted because of collusion between the AG/FBI and the Clintons.
