I'm betting that if Trump wins Obama will pardon Hillary pre-emtively for everything she has ever done but if Hillary wins she will pardon herself (if Obama hasn't already done it) and this will be her first act after she is sworn in. This will all be done "for the good of the country".

It has already paid one federal fine for illegal use of foundation funds (bribing an attorney general) and the feds are looking into several other matters, such as using foundation funds to buy Trump's way out of legal problems.
