There were two brothers that I sort of knew. They were Jewish guy and they defrauded someone for a few million dollars and flew off to Israel - they deposited the money in a bank there. The only question the Israeli bankers asked regarding the money was place of origin...that was it.
Later one of the brothers left to hide in South America...the bank sent money to him...then the bank took the stolen money and kept the bulk of it...So I really do not think that what Israel thinks is that important...
