No he is not far ahead. Realistically as of today he is likely 2-3 points behind. That said, he does have a path to win however, there is no margin for losing in several of the states where he may be only slightly ahead (Ohio, NC, Florida, etc) For the most part we are within the margin of error of the polls. If I were Hillary I'd be a little nervous but not losing sleep. We will likely know the results between 11-12 on Tuesday evening.
Just out of curiosity...how many Latinos would that be?
Maybe he knows one of the 18% mentioned here.
"Latino Decisions also projects that 79 percent of Latinos will vote for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, 18 percent for Republican nominee Donald Trump, and the remaining three percent voting for other candidates. Clinton’s projected share is higher than both Latino Decisions’ estimated 75 percent Latino vote share and 71 percent exit poll share Democrat Barack Obama received during his 2012 re-election bid."
No. As a Republican pundit mentioned today, there is no "shy" Trump vote, or silent majority. Because all of the Trump supporters we all know (in our families, etc.) are the noisiest most vocal supporters ever.
There is, however, a large Latino vote that has not been polled but is coming out bigly to actually vote.
Ever since I first read about the "shy" Trump voter, I so wish I knew one of those.
I expect one in 4 because some are business owners and can relate to his language. Now for those that say Latinos do not assimilate, those trump supporter should make you see different
