We had a shot with Bernie but HRC and the DNCs collusion gave us all Trump by forcing HRC on us.

Nice work.

Had Trump not shot off his mouth early in the election, he would have sealed the deal hours ago..

Like what?

The big majority of the population supports his policies according to polls.

Medicare-for-all, 2 weeks mandatory paid vacation, expansion of SS by lifting the cap, banning for-profit prisons, getting big money out of politics, its all supported by most of the nation.

Its a myth that most of the nation supports the Trump agenda of trillions of tax cuts to the donor class, huge cuts in Medicare and SS and eliminating all restrictions on bribe money in politics (campaign finance restrictions).

Many of the republicans I know personally (many here in Texas) said they would've picked Sanders over Trump, I think he would've had a good chance as an Independent.

Sanders and Trump had a huge cross section of the same voting demo. Bernie would be taking fromTrumps base without the HRC baggage, and Trump rhetoric . He had a much better shot at this.

Luckily, presidents can only execute the laws enacted by Congress - not dictate them.

I don't think Bernie would have defeated Donald.

However, that doesn't excuse what the DNC and Hillary did to him.
