Yeah, hard to say. I was thinking some of the Trump voters in Ohio would have gone for Sanders if given the choice.

New Hampshire, Maine and Iowa would most likely have gone to Bernie too had it been him against Trump.

Mmm Hard to say. Bernie is a socialist and the working class, both democrat and republican have no desire to see increased taxes nor the desire to turn us into another Europe.

Clinton lost the WHITE WORKING CLASS against Trump overwhelmingly! I said during the primaries that Sanders would have been the perfect candidate against Trump. Sanders would OF COURSE win overwhelming majorities of minorities against Trump because the main reason Clinton won those in the primary was simply name recognition in minority communities, not because minorities hated Sanders!

The DNC only have themselves to blame. They screwed up BIGLY!
Bernie has no appeal for the working class, all he wants to do is tax them to redistribute wealth to the poor class.

Clinton loss because people do not like her, and they did not even like her when she was FLOTUS. The Democrats in all of their campaigning, forgot to actually address or even acknowledge the largest voting bloc in the US; the white, middle class. Bernie being the nominee would not have changed this.

Most minorities vote Democrat, who it is has nothing to do with it.

Yeah they did.
If they had to have someone from the "inside" we'd have been better served if they had "anointed" Howard Dean or someone like that.

As I said in the big thread, the DNC really didn't get what Obama's election was all about.
And we've all paid the price.

Oh yeah? So what means of production did American workers own prior to November 8th, 2016?

I certainly believe that Bernie would have won easily. As the (D)'s found out, enthusiasm does matter.

Well said.
The democrats have been pushing a societal guilt agenda and pandering to fringe groups and minorities all while asking middle America to do more, pay more, and sacrifice more.
Hillary has never been popular and for good reason.

I remember in the primary some here said all those southern states that overwhelmingly gave Clinton win over Bernie would be red states in GE. How true!

I don't think that the DNC messed up badly by rigging it for Hillary as much as the Clinton machine took over the DNC. The end result unfortunately is the same.
This.
I've no doubt that they likely still felt that Obama was an anomaly and that they were hell-bent on "correcting" that roadblock to their plans.

As much as a Trump presidency unnerves me, I cannot say I am sorry to (fingers crossed) see the Clintons slink off into the sunset.
