The group Bernie really reached wasn't working class Whites but middle class Whites struggling with student loan debt and skyrocketing health insurance. It's not that he attracting factory workers, it's that Hillary repelled them by being pro Wall St and giving applauses for saying she'll put coal miners out of work.
HRC wore out the word racist. It's meaningless now. My eyes roll the second I see it.
The same with Nazi and now Russia. It's sad because it allows the actual cases of racism to get swept under the rug because of those who abuse the term.
Well here is what organic farmers & those concerned about the environment are calling some in the Movement Formerly Known as the Sanderistas.
Quote:
“I like Bernie Sanders, I think he’s sexy,” said Maggie Henry, an organic farmer who says her Western Pennsylvania business was destroyed by nearby fracking.
The Movement is allied with organic producers & consumers.

Bernie Sanders of Vermont says he will continue to push for declaration on packaging of genetically modified ingredients
Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont said his amendment was an attempt to clarify that states can require the labels, as several legislatures have moved toward putting such laws into place.
The Food and Drug Administration does not require such labeling, but organic food companies and some consumer groups have stepped up their efforts to lobby for labels, arguing that the modified seeds are floating from field to field and contaminating pure crops. Such groups have been bolstered by a growing network of consumers wary of processed and modified foods.
I have yet to have someone sufficiently explain what makes the white working-class so special. How are their material concerns different from those of the black and Latino class? Are you telling me that the white working-class rebelled because they were not specifically centered?

Because the party that used to be for the working class not only signed the treaty that led to a lot of them losing work, but then tried to double down with an additional proposal, tried to end mining for a lot of them, and told them to pound sand when they voiced their concerns.
The DNC overestimated the minority vote. They just don't vote in large numbers for some reason.
If the Dems keep up with the racist calling agenda, soon there won't be any Democrats left in the Senate from interior of the country.
