The irony is the bond is precisely so that voters don't foot the bill for the recount, rather the candidate does. But, leftists always want someone else to pay I guess.

So even if Michigan and Wisconsin were somehow flipped in favor of Clinton(they won't be, so don't kid yourself), then it still won't be enough for her to win without Pennsylvania. Sorry Hillbots/Jill Stein.
When a recount is made, it isn't just about the number of votes that show up. It also includes an examination of the voting process, that might expose any hacking or tampering that was done. Many of the Trumpists here seem to have a fear of what might be revealed by the ongoing recounts. Their team scored, it went up on the board and they seemed to win the game and do not want the play to be reviewed.

Smells like fraud to me.
Definitely fraudulent. But leftists were warned. Why give a D-list politician money to mount a recount that was based on a "hunch" with zero supporting evidence? But, hey, I'm never upset when leftists give their hard earned money away to a worthless cause, thereby ensuring that they have less money to, say, spend on an actual race that could still make a difference for them (i.e. the Louisiana Senate runoff), no matter how small the odds.
Now she wants to take it to Federal Court and wants to get an "emergency federal court order" for a recount.
She is becoming an even bigger laughingstock.
She claims on twitter to be filing the federal lawsuit on "constitutional" grounds as people "deserve answers" What is this crock pot talking about? No constitutional basis exists to support a recount based on deranged hunches that the Russians came and hacked the system
