True. But any of them found to have voted in the election should be immediately deported. They are criminals who continue to commit criminal (illegal voting) acts.
I agree. First you'll need to prove they voted illegally, then you'll need to round them up and deport them.
Get back to me when you've completed the first step, will you?
If sanctuary-city mayors are corrupt enough to not enforce federal immigration laws, then how can they be trusted to enforce election/voting laws? There's no telling how many votes were potentially illegally cast in these corruptly-run democratic areas. So, the popular vote has a huge question mark over it. Lastly, JFK send 400 Marshals in Alabama to enforce federal laws on discrimination, so similar steps should be done to these mayors.
"The marshals were dispatched to Alabama under authority of an 1871 statute which also had been the legal basis for the sending of troops to Little Rock.
The statute says that the President may use "the militia or the armed forces * * * or any other means * * * to suppress in a state any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination or conspiracy" under certain specified conditions.
These conditions are that a class of citizens is deprived of a constitutional right "and the constituted authorities of that state are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right."
Until strict voting id's are enforced do you think the US should include in debates what the illegals want in a president?
Sure--as soon as anyone at all can prove it exists. It's like Bigfoot.
Where's your proof?
