Alright students; today we're going to find a nick-name for the small new girl over there in row three. She is quite pale and very unique so here we have the challenge as a class comprised of only multiple repeaters of grade four to arrive at a name that reflects those characteristics.
I know this might be more than your demonstrated intellectual capabilities but please break into your usual study groups and we'll review your submissions at end of class.
Mr Fairbanks; we've had a breakthrough. This group of grade four repeat failures has come up with the name of "snowflake" to describe the younger new "gifted" girl who was temporarily added to the class until we could find a desk for her in grade 7.
We need to have therapists assess how her addition to the class stimulated such an amazing illustration of elevated intelligence in such an abbreviated time frame. We've been trying to encourage them to think creatively for at least two years with no success. Lo-and-behold, with her mere presence, out pops something as stellar as "Snowflake".

I'm feeling less than sparkly today, for reasons completely unrelated to politics, but I suspect my diamond-like glitter will be boosted as Christmas draws closer. The melt would be halted altogether if for just that one day, peace and goodwill could reign, little acts of kindness extended and accepted...

May I ask what makes you say I'm a crazy flake? I responded to a post of yours, I think it was my first week here. You said that liberals/progressives wished you harm, and I felt terrible about that. I expressed my sorrow that you felt that way, and treated you with respect. I still think about that conversation, and it still bothers me that anyone should feel so hated by another.

Just having fun but you're buzz killing it and now I want to change it back to Snowflake.
The Progressives are what they are....they get power and kill those that won't let them have control....ie Nationalist Socialists (Hitler), Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, and our Progressives would do the same if they got enough power....just how it is.
