If he doesn't do well, then vote your unhappiness in the mid term elections.

SHUT UP
That didn't happen the last two elections and it won't happen with Trump. Trump is the most unpopular President elect I've ever seen. Half the country is completely disgusted and has no intention of passively giving Trump two years to do whatever he wants. We still have free speech so get used to the intense dislike half the country has for Trump.

No obstruction there and still nothing.

I stand corrected. They shoved Obama-care down our throats!
The truth is hard to swallow. Fortune cookie.

Yes. What has happened the past eight years simply is changing sides. Trump supporters need to plan to be exhausted because the slog will be real and Trump is extremely unpopular with half the country.

Time for poor widdle Donny to put on the Big Boy Pants and learn if he does something stupid he hears about it now, not two years from now.
He's gonna make you cry for the next 8 years and I'm gonna gloat. It's like winning the Superbowl every single day.

I'm so happy.

I'm gonna buy Tom Hanks a spaceship full of dinosaurs wearing red capes for Christmas.

Merry festivus y'all.

Sorry you see it that way. You must be getting some benefit from it too.

Take me for example. I hadn't posted in the P&O forum since 2012 and prior to that? Who knows? I've been on CD so long that I recall there not being this subforum.

When something doesn't appeal to me, I vote with my feet. I could not imagine sitting around grinding my teeth for the next 8 years. I took up a hobby called life.

We're not gloating on y'all. We're gloating on Seth Meyers, Obama (s), HRC, Tom Hanks, CNN, Cher, Amy Chumer, Chuck Chumer... snl...

And we will block him every step of the way.
Thank you!

Someone from the left knows what it's like to put themselves in our shoes.

That started before he was a threat in the Primaries.

We hear what you're saying, and there's a state of consciousness that describes it. It's called fear. But you cannot combat fear with more fear.

The GOP has the House, the Executive Branch, the Senate, the Gubernatorial races, perhaps the judicial branch. The rest of us have spoken, and that is what we said.

Fear mongering.

This is where the liberals' math goes awry.

It seems logical that more education equates to more income earned. Not statistically so.

Your bulk of top money earners come from some college up to B.S. degrees, perhaps some MBAs, etc. But many folks are far educated beyond their intelligence and have moved back in with their parents. I know this sounds blasphemous, but it's statistically true.

Shut up??? Reallly??? Because you cannot deal with the reality that you voted for a con man and have been duped and just do not want to hear it??? Sure...LOL
Thank you. Another person who knows how to put themselves in our shoes. It's so nice, after 8 years, to be understood.

Exactly!

Just one correction, demographically, the middle class didn't vote for Trump as much as they voted for the other candidate. In the last couple of years the POTUS and Congress intimated that "middle class" starts around $100,000/yr. While I think that's a bit on the low side, I'll take that number since it doesn't perpetuate the myth of the median income being middle class. Everyone knows Trump got the majority of his support from non-college educated white guys who tend not to make over $100,000/yr. But, to those that do, "good for you".

Telling people to "SHUT UP" seems a bit hypocritical but we get the sentiment. There are other C-D forums if this one is too upsetting for anyone.

The GOP does indeed have the Senate, House, Presidency and Supreme Court for the next four years. No checks and balances, no opposition whatsoever. They won 46% of the vote, lost the popular vote and elected Trump, who is the most unpopular president elect I have ever seen. Trump supporters will need to get used to the continual opposition and being made to own every decision since Republicans control everything. Telling half the country to shut up is pointless.

The democrat base is getting on the Trump Train.
The holdouts are going to be the racist and anarchy puppets that hijacked the old democrat party and took it into a globalist hell promoting world citizenship. They won't shut up. Their playbook is the same as Islamic Terrorists to use the constitution to undermine the constitution so they will be the first cite the first amendment as they continue their anti American BS. Eventually they will be as popular as a crotch full of fleas. They will oppose every commonsense idea and policy that that causes growth in the economy and piece around the world. They will champion all the lost causes of communism and socialism and eventually be recognized as the domestic enemy they are.

I don't know any Democrats that support Trump. He hasn't even been able to find any entertainers for the inauguration besides Ted Nugent and Kid Rock. Trump supporters can tell Democrats to shut up but it won't happen. He's the most disliked president elect I've ever seen.

I won't be in poverty. You see, I have saved and invested my money for decades, and I continue to live below my means. I'll be fine. But thanks for your concern!
