If you go to a typical workplace most people are in general moderate with no strong positions towards the left or right. Voted for Trump this election.

Why? Because the democrats alienated moderates. They went too far to the left with social issues that aren't popular with middle class and even affluent class.

Obama spent months going after states suing to get states to adopt the Feds bathroom policy. He didn't spend much time on the economy at all, he said we're doing great and he's saved us from the recession.

It's clear to me as an independent that the Democrats alienated most working class Americans.
