First thing on his list is to put California's voting system under the microscope. I'll wager that at least 1,000,000 illegal immigrants cast a vote, based on CA allowing illegals to obtain a drivers license. See, once you get the license, then you get registered automatically to vote. It's a recipe for FRAUD, and any fair minded American should want a complete clean up of the system out there.
I remember when Clinton started that "motor voter" crap. Even back then I knew it was a means to allow people not eligible to vote, to do so.
Of course back then, the Democrats were claiming illegal aliens couldn't use it to vote, because they were not entitled to get drivers licences. Funny how that changed with Democrats fighting hard in some states to allow it.

You're missing the huge step here though that illegal immigrants can get a license, BUT, only qualified legal citizens are allowed to register to vote within that same process. You need a social security card or birth certificate to prove your citizenship and be put on the voting rolls. It's not just "automatic". There were a lot of fake news stories on sites like Facebook that were spreading those rumors earlier this year.
They obviously wouldn't just give everyone with a license automatic voter rights since it's very clear only citizens of the USA are allowed to vote.
I'm a registered voter in California, and I've never had to present a social security card, birth certificate, or other proof of citizenship in order to be registered.
Nor have I ever had to present them at my polling place.
You can even fill out a registration card provided for you by people who want you to sign their petitions in supermarket parking lots, and they'll send it to election officials for you.
You can also request to be a permanent mail-in voter and not even have to show up to a polling place.
Of course, all voting materials come in multiple languages, including Spanish. If you go to the local DMV, there are signs in Spanish there as well.
Last, for $150-300, you can get fake social security cards, ID cards, etc., just in case anyone asks you to prove your identity.
And, really, who's going to ask you?
Government employees in California are virtually all Democrats, and they want illegals to vote!
They also want to give them welfare, subsidized housing, government jobs, etc.

So the fact that CA will go democrat in any general election is reason to turn a blind eye to potentially millions of fraudulent votes and to just "forget about it"? And lets not forget that federal legislators are also being voted upon, which affects us all at a national level.

Not sure what your point is. If there are 800,000 fraudulent votes -- that is a massive amount, and the system needs cleaning up.
