Yes...she will need to assist with the defense in association with the forthcoming RICO charges against her "foundation," and will probably need to assist in her own defense as well against multiple charges of bribery, influence-peddling, not to mention 60,000 separate counts of violating 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f), the 2009 Federal Records Act, and the Freedom of Information Act.
