I've never been polled, nor has anyone I know. Most of my family and friends are voting for trump. (More as a vote against hillary, but there is a chance he will try to secure the borders and enforce immigration laws...). Yet none of us have been polled.
I have this feeling that there are a lot of people that truly can't stand hillary, and will vote for trump, yet haven't been counted in any polls.
And FWIW, I'm a female, college educated, and successful, as are most of my friends. Yet supposedly we are told women aren't voting for him...

Have you been polled????
Constant phone calls, this election and prior ones. I tell them I'm not interested and please take me off of their list because the questions they start with are so obviously skewed to the right it's ridiculous to anyone who has ever taken a basic stats class.
Yes, I've participated in phone polls on my cell phone, once in 2008 and another in 2012. One time it wasn't obvious that it was a political poll, as the person on the other end of the phone call started with innocuous questions about retail products and lifestyle questions, but then began asking questions about the upcoming presidential election. The other time the pollster's questions were only about the presidential election, and included questions to determine where I fit in demographically.
I haven't received any phone calls from pollsters this year. I no longer pick up any call from any phone number that I don't recognize, due to the blizzard of calls I now receive from people trying to sell me extended car warranties or time shares or "free" vacations, or robo-calls from the "FBI" threatening to arrest me unless I immediately wire them money,

We worry about polls. Yes we have been asked online and by telephone. Almost every time they want too much information. We don't give personal information to strangers. Even answering the phone can be too much information to the wrong party - it tells them we are home and they have a good number to sell to another telemarketer. We love caller ID. In the past it always seemed as if we would answer one call and get a flurry of calls from other marketers - it isn't worth the aggravation.

A researcher called and asked if I would consider Jeb Bush for President. This was around 2004. I said no.
