California has a system for granting voter registration to people receiving drivers’ licenses. If the applicants don’t specify illegal alien status at the time, they receive a license that entitles them to register and vote. Even if they do specify that they are here illegally, they still get a license where the distinction is hard to see.
And they didn't have any problem, even encouraged Jill Steins recount. They claim there is no evidence but how do we know there is no evidence if it's not investigated.

I'm not afraid of an investigation, I just want it to include all 50 states. The only stories I've seen of voter fraud were Trump voters. It's far more likely that 75,000 combined votes in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan were fraudulent than 3-5 million in California. Investigate away but investigate all the states.

This whole thing is a farce, not because Trump is wrong, but because to one degree or another, he is right and obviously so. When the sitting president goes on TV a week before the election to tell illegals that they can vote without fear because no one is checking, the burden of proof is shifted to those who are denying voter fraud.
I just hope that Donald J. Trump has the balls to put some of these people in jail, and restore our true republic, because it came damned close to being hijacked by a vile criminal enterprise called the Democrat party.

California allows people to apply for voter registration when applying for a driver's license. Voter registration isn't automatically granted at the DMV, they forward the registration application for further verification.
