For Bush being such a dumbass, the democrats still can't figure out a way to stop his agenda. So if Bush is dumb, what does that make congress?
Congress is now between a rock and a hard place trying to fix the mess created by George W Bush-a mess that he and his cronies created intentionaly-so it doesnt make him dumb, but rather diabolical.
I really cant see how anyone at this point in time could even suggest that this President has been anything but a colossal failure whose petty whims plunged us into war and economic turmoil.

I won't defend Bush's policies, but he isn't a dumbass.
