I remember after the Kansas lost... it was SUPPOSE to be a referendum then... I guess the referendum was FOR Trump, so the media and news never mentioned it again... wonder what would of happened if the opposite... the media is OBVIOUS... why didn't they rag on the anti-Trumper for a week? Yeah... and THEN, the anti-Trumpers on THIS FORUM start saying Georgia WILL BE the referendum on Trump and now, like Florida... they backtrack the media doesn't rag on the anti-Trumpers... expect from them one short article and forgetting it entirely... how many referendum attempts are there? I remember Obama's referendum when he lost the House, Senate, and now the presidency... not one peep from you anti-Trumpers and not so much from the media... I suspect if Georgia was lost it will be CONSTANTLY in the media till the 2018 elections... not so much anymore... how about it was a referendum AGAINST the democratic party... not a peep again... spin, lie, and then deny...

Uh huh... the dem got 48% of the votes, with 17 other candidates, not all of whom are republicans. A republican win in this particular election looks a lot like an alternative fact.

Great news! Beginning of the end for the GOP. ♥♥♥
I wonder why Nancy Pelosi doesn't agree with you. Her fund raising email called the Georgia election a Crushing Loss.

Well in all fairness, Pelosi seems to be suffering from some unfortunate effects of old age lately, so who knows what she meant to say. I don't say that in a mean partisan way, its just the truth if you watch her speak. She has trouble remembering what she wants to say and just stutters way more than the average person.

Clearly a big setback again for the Dems though who seem to think they are entitled to wins just because the other party has elected someone so deplorable.

So when we add up the four Republican candidates we end up with 48.2% and there is still that 3.7% of the other votes. Then, like you point out; the Republicans only spent 3% on their front runner of the money the Democrats desperately spent on their front runner.

For the Democrats it clearly shows that money cannot buy happiness! That is especially true when your Party does not represent American voters. Clearly they have to go back to their roots and that will never happen with current leadership.

These things could be simultaneously true:

1) Dems could strike out in all 3 of #KS04 #MTAL #GA06
2) All 3 results could be bad for GOP

52% voted AGAINST the Democrat. That is a LOSS in a two-person election which will happen in June. Nothing "alternative" about that. The first round was when the GOP was not even paying attention.

It was 51.01 to 48.90 with the two party vote. Certainly really can't predict much other than a tossup at this point when it comes down to two candidates. A slight change in turnout in the runoff from the Jungle primary could determine the race.

Hmm

48.1% > 19.78%

51.9% < 80.22%

On a serious note though, adding all the democratic votes and all republicans, difference it is 49-51, so I'd say it is a toss up at this point. Depends what happens in the next months.

This is a loss for Dems. They spent way more money and gave it huge media attention and they still couldn't beat a split Republican electorate
