Really wouldn't say city, but you are correct on the rest. The district is a middle to upper middle class district in the northern Atlanta suburbs. It is the wealthiest district in Georgia by a significant margin, and the most educated district in the south (6th highest % of Bachelor's Degrees in the country).

On the other hand, if the Republicans win; it will demonstrate that the voters can no longer be bought. Any Handel win will send the Democratic organization into true panic. If they don't get this message and see their own faults; they will no longer be a Party in the very near future. It will prove the 'deplorables' are not stupid enough to be bought. The Democrats have to come back to their roots if they want to survive - they have to come back to supporting average working America.
Of course it's a fair race to advertise. The problem is the people who don't do their research and rely on these ads to sway their vote. My god, don't be stupid. Do your research about each candidate and decide whose views you are most aligned with. Handel has no idea what she is talking about with healthcare. She said she is all for the republican bill because her sister was born without esophagus. This isn't even in the republican healthcare bill....we can be denied for predetermined issues.

Yes but better educated than most red districts. Hence the apathy for trump.

The dollar for dollar spending comparison gets dicey. Osoff has benefitted form large and small Dem donations. But Handel has had R super PACs step in on her side. And more prominent party members lend a hand.

To be honest if Osoff wins it will be for reasons similar to Trump. Being an outsider in a anti-establishment time and drawing an opponent with multiple previous runs who is not loved.

Look at the data for the actual position being elected. It's been red for a long time, with democrats consistently being thrashed.
Doesn't Trump define all Republicans at this point? It seems very few are willing to speak out against his policies and especially against his tweets.

Ossoff has no experience doing anything, and he wants to become a lawmaker?!

Sorry, we're sick of slick, well-spoken empty suits...academics, failed lawyers, career politics, community organizers...

The polls are close but the margin could be huge, especially with the huge participation which would favor the red in a red state.

Can people really do their research? When you have so much money thrown into any race will the politicians not owe their benefactors? In many cases they sell their souls to get elected and forget who actually elected them.

Ben Sasse, James Lankford, Jeff Flake all seem to be fine with speaking out against him.
