LOL, this "victory" was supposed to be the proof in the pudding that even Republican voters are turning against Trump. Sure enough when that didn't pan out, y'all trot out the well-worn backpedal you used after all the other special election results came in.

Sorry, nobody's buying it. When the Democrats have to focus on 450 Congressional races instead of one and they can't outspend the opposition 2 or 3 or 4 to 1, these seats will be safe again.

Spending in this race was pretty even between Democrats and Republicans. Both sides dumped massive $$$

Default Desperately Destroy-Trump pollsters get it wrong yet again

The polls the day before the election, had Ossoff(D) ahead of Handel(R) by 1-1/2 to 2 points.

But these were the same polls that told us Hillary was a lock for President last November.

And sure enough, with 84.4% of the votes counted, Handel (R) is now projected by AP to win by 5 points.

No matter how hard the pollsters and other media spin doctors try to boost Democrats, they keep crashing and burning.

They did get one thing right, though. This was indeed a referendum on President Trump and the GOP.

And proof of pure desperation by the Democrats, who do not appear able to win an election even for dogcatcher.

http://www.cnn.com/

The real story of this failed Dem election, is not so much that the Democrat lost again. It's that once again the media predicted them to win when in fact the result showed them losing by a lot.

As soldiers say, "Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence. But three times is enemy action."

Looks like the enemy is trying its actions time and again.... and is proving themselves unable to predict so much as a sunrise without getting it wrong.

Are the media any good for information and predictions, any more? Or are they only good for desperate propaganda that never comes true?

Here in my state, a heavily GOP state, it's not so much R v D as much as R-subtype vs R-subtype. If the Democrats continue with identity politics and Pelosi style congress, this may very well be where we're headed nationally as well.

Frankly, I don't think it *helps* a side to skew polls because it can suppress their own voter turnout.

I think the polls in question are either poorly executed or stupidly seeking a partisan conclusion which appears to be backfiring.

Time for Nancy Pelosi to step down. Karen Handel won by campaigning against her, not Ossoff.

For fun put CNN on now. The sad faces all around. I love it.
This is a white lash. Oh the outrage. Never was a back lash.

This is a great result! Just goes to show that we have to continue treating polls with skepticism. As much as the left wind media tried to portray the Dem as surging in a district that Trump barely won, the Republican candidate outperformed Trump in what was seen as a referendum on Trump. Even those who do not like the president don't like being told what to do and how to vote by east and left coast elitists.

Actually it was about $30M, and mostly from Cali millionaires expecting to buy an election... again.

Seems Hollywood is batting .000

The Dems are 0-6
