Candidate Hillary..."I'm for women".........................the real hillary........." the rapist was lured by the 15 yr old".... "all these tramps seduced my husband"

candidate Hillary..."I'm for minorities and blacks".......the real Hillary......"Obama, he's a n-word"

candidate Hillary...."I'm against the TTP"..........the real Hillary " I helped negotiate TTP, and Nafta was/is great"

candidate Hillary "woman should be paid the same".......the real Hillary 'everyone of my female staff is paid far less than my male staff'

Hillary "what difference does it make" . "lets move on from the past"........ I am sure ambassador Stevens and the others appreciate that hillary says what difference does it make

she proved that she was the worst democrat candidate in the last 60 years...

It's a sad commentary on the United States that you ask about personality, not about experience or judgment.

I'm not attacking you, I'm saying that when you spout falsehoods, I don't give much credence to anything you say. But hey, when you don't like someone criticizing you for spreading false info, go ahead and call them a fascist and accuse them of attacking you. That will really convince me to believe what you say

Trump voters were purely emotion-based as opposed to fact based. Obviously.

I guess this looks especially clear when their opponent is President Trump, the biggest personality in the world, maybe in world history.
It is a huge hurdle for the Democrats in 2020, because President Trump takes all the media attention away from the small personalities.
This question sort of makes me sympathetic to the earliest American elections being so exclusive. The racial and gender restrictions were of course unjust, but I think I can understand why property owners and tax payers were the only ones allowed to vote. Few people tends to mean fewer people who don't actually care about politics.

Treating a presidential election as a personality contest kind of demonstrates that problem. It's not policy, but who's "cool" or whatever.

Bernie was never going to get the vote of people of color. Period.

Bernie bots helped Trump win.

Obvious answer?

The Democratic nominee.

The nominee is virtually guaranteed to get at least 48% of the popular vote. That alone gives him a "chance".

All I know is don't listen to conservative advice on who to run. If they had it their way it'd be a Tulsi Gabbard / Jim Webb ticket lol.
