Cult behavior is the constant need to promote the Dear Leader as being glorious. It may actually be required by a leader who demands loyalty oaths.

Trump won 50% more states than Hillary. Here in NC, Hillary campaigned day and night for 2 straight months and she still lost by wide margin. This in a state that also voted out an incumbent GOP governor for a Democrat. It was a stunning loss for Hillary. They cried on NBC when it was announced.

Them grapes still must be very very sour for you.

(what's the Democrat plan to win back places like NC? yeah I thought so too.)
It's funny how you "always " seem to leave out that she did win the popular vote ,you forget that more Americans voted for her and wanted her than trump but you always do leave facts out when you are talking trump.

Very true, but this is mostly due to California and you should see the other friggin' idiots that we vote for here. We just vote for the "cool kids" who promise us free stuff at the expense of others.

How Trump wins re-election?

Bannon fully breaks with Trump (who is, after all, a globalist by definition and self-admission) and gets behind Roy Moore as a primary challenge to Trump.

The Left "normalizes" Trump as the alternative to Christian nationalism and dominionism.

No, we actually know that. She still has more fans than he does.

But she ain't president.
Neither is Steven Colbert who is also more popular than Trump. Colbert is a real funny guy, but he doesn't count.
Trump is president. He counts. This scenario was put into place long ago when Obama decided to tell Republicans to "not talk much", and when he publicly rebuked John McCain by telling him, "I won"....

That's called shooting yourself in the foot. It's what stupid people do.

It definitely is but as a liberal, I want Trump to be the GOP candidate in 2020. It will be a much better Senate year for Democrats and we will have so much to gain that Trump on the ticket will be icing on the cake. Election season is only two years away and we need to attach Trump to every single Republican. If done correctly, the GOP will need many years to wash the Trump off.

Exactly.

As long as we can keep the Russians out of it and paper ballots, I would love to see Trump run again.

Alas, I fear he won't make it that long. It's been less than a year and already things are coming apart at the seams.

Religion.

Jesus didn't give them a pile of money for sitting on their behinds watching tv, so they've moved on the shiny gold con man in hopes that he'll turn their lives around, late-night-infomercial-style.
