DC is the best educated large metro area in the country. The political gulf between the well-educated and the poorly-educated continues to grow, as evidenced tonight.

Virginia had a Democratic governor

it went for the Democratic candidate by a significant amount in the last three elections

congrats on your win but this is far from winning in a state that Trump won significantly which the Dems have to do next year in many states

Trump got shellacked in Virginia. An old fashioned butt kicking. A big win across the board portends good things to come next year! Still, I think it will take more than Trump. Democrats need to stand for something.

Should be interesting if the House of Delegates flips. Exit polls have Health care as #1 issue.
