Saccone leads Washington County 53 to 46.3 , and still 7% to be counted.
Saccone leads Westmoreland 57 to 42 , and still 1% to be counted.
That is the only counting that remains prior to the absentee and military votes.

Wow, what a nail biter! Didn't the President carry this district by 22% in 2016?

I think it was 19%.
But you are supposed to lose a lot in the midterms.
In 2010, Obama lost 63 seats in the House, the largest seat change since 1948 and the largest for any midterm election since the 1938 midterm elections.
