We've covered this many times. Both sides are happy to steal from others. I did not support bailing out failed businesses with TARP.

That was decided on a Constitutional grounds. They can't "overturn" that.

They could create a new law but that is unlikely.

No but they can then control GOP federal court including the supreme court. If Chucky is in charge I don't see a single judge getting a confirmation hearing. Then in 2020 if there is a vacancy where the majority flips then I can see the court hearing a new case & reversing it.
