Surely both parties have a procedure in place in case a nominee is jailed or dies. Would Bernie have been their guy or would they have appointed someone who didn't even run?

The Bernie Babies never seemed that upset that their primary was rigged, which I always found odd.

Tim Kaine would have chosen someone else to run as his VP.

Ask Donna B. She was just about ready to pull Hillary for health reasons.

It is not too late to indict her now.

No I think it would have been Biden with Kaine as VP. Kaine would have had no chance in the general.

Since we have a traitorous FBI that oepnly talked about going easy on her since "she might be he next president," we will never know.

My idea is that Hilary never would have given up the nomination, so she would taken her party through one of he worst disasters in history. It is tempting to say that things would be different without the Dems being able to cry over the popluar voe, but it is hard to understand how. Trump pretty much just walk all over them and gets what he wants.

I always wondered this as well, Same take is-what if trump had a heart attack sort of thing.

At some point you have to have ballots printed etc, and its just too late-which is the danger in a 2 party system like we run.

They would simply get the 9th circuit court of appeals in California to declare HRC couldn't be indicted -- Then the media would jump on the bandwagon while Hollywood celebrities ranted and swore ... and Dems across the country would don their pink hats and take to the streets.
