Now think about that for a moment, if Obama gave the order to stand down and let it happen, then he must have known or thought that it was the dems who paid Russia to do the attacks or thought they would favor Hillary, why else would he have stopped his people from stopping them, maybe one of you has a better answer?

The Obama White House’s chief cyber official testified Wednesday that proposals he was developing to counter Russia’s attack on the U.S. presidential election were put on a “back burner” after he was ordered to “stand down” his efforts in the summer of 2016.

I will continue on with my point, the dems say the Russians interfered with the election and the process, thus possibly causing Hillary to lose, well now it seems that Obama let the Russians, so who is really to blame and why.
Democrats file suit alleging Russia, Trump campaign, WikiLeaks conspired to interfere in 2016 campaign

When you really think about it why would Putin want the loose cannon unpredictable Trump as a counter part to deal with when Hillary has proven that she was more than willing and able to play "the game" of scratch my back if I scratch yours pay for play back door political games?

If Obama issued the stand down order he must of known that Hillary was not going to win so he was setting the base for the Russian Russian Russian debacle of an investigation. If the Dems were going to lose the elections then they were going to do their best to cause problems and cast doubt on Trump over the next 4 years.

What is strange is that is exactly what the Russians were trying to do in disrupting our elections and keeping us at each other and the country on edge. The Dems have fallen for their trap.
