There will be a political shakeup in 2020 after Trumps impeachment or riding out his term in limbo after Mueller releases his report. Both sides will be much more polarized and will break a lot of traditions of how the federal government has functioned.

This country needs to stop running the branches the way Enron ran their accounting department and deal with the actual issues in front of us.
