Hillary will run again. It is a foregone conclusion especially now that the Democrats fully believe she was cheated because of Russia, Whether she will win the primary though is another matter

Rising stars such as Harris and Booker are still relatively young and I doubt they want to run against an incumbent president.
Remember, last time it took a Clinton to defeat an incumbent president in 1992.

Why would they choose a young one when they have 79 year old Maxine to take the reins? They do seem to favor the older crowd.

Yeah, but Bill was young and charismatic and good looking. Hillary isn't (an understatement if there ever was one).

I agree. But what will these guys do without Hillary?

There's going to be a lot of depressed right wingers when their favorite Democrat doesn't run.
