No, he didn't. He allowed Stern to essentially make that reference without objecting to it (and most decent fathers would have objected to it)....not the same thing.
I agree with you though about Biden. Despite the mistakes he makes, there is something likable about him, which might explain women not coming out against him.
I'm sorry but there is just something creepy about Biden. That and he looks like Jerry Sandusky of Penn State infamy.
