Yes. He was arrested for DWI. I do live in Texas. As that caravan is heading up through Mexico, immigration is on a lot of people's minds. So in this interview he had with Stephen Colbert on the Late Night Show' he said 'no wall'.

I'm not sure if I said it on this thread or another one but Beto is a nick name. He is not Hispanic, he is Angelo. Robert is his name.

What so many people are overlooking is; we may spend more, which I might agree with but 2 factors must be considered: 1-we probably have the best medical care in the world and 2-consider the taxes some of these other countries are paying? If we want decent care we have to pay one way or the other. if we are to adopt medi care for all, everyone is going to see a huge increase in their taxes and those in the middle class or higher, who have worked hard for what they have are going to pick up the slack while those who are in the lower income groups will not be paying their fair share, just like with so much else today. Nope, I can not support the adoption of medicare for all, no way, never!!!!! of course I will not live long enough, probably to have to worry but my kids and certainly my grandkids and great grandkids might have to.

Huge increase in taxes? Let's see:

Do you understand that we spend more than 10k per person per year (Total) and the number keeps growing faster than the rest of the economy? For a family of four, it is 40k . So on a 200k income, this is equivalent to a 20% tax. You can then add childcare, property taxes, retirement. Oh, college.. The "equivalent tax" on the middle class is surprisingly high, isn't it. Of course that same equivalent tax is very low for the very high incomes, far and away from the middle class.

And of course, it is impossibly high for the bolded above, so middle class covers that one way or another.

I have a lot of Texas friends on Facebook. They are all professional people, very smart. None are for "Beto" the socialist. Most like Ted Cruz, but even the ones that don't like him that much are going to vote for him.

But, this "Beto" guy is a sleaze ball.

I don't know about Beto but if he is anything like the Democrats that we see today making noise then he is undoubtedly walking in march step with those extremists.

I am so tired of hearing their anti Trump mantra 24/7 that I hope none of them win their elections.

The Dems can have some power back once they stop acting like brats and bullies and put America and its people first.

With that said, every time I see a commercial with Beto, it just seems like I would be voting for Obama. Can someone who is voting for Beto elaborate on how he is different from Obama.
I live in Cedar Park. Beto is nothing more than another clone of Obama. He tries to be cool and skateboard and look like he is some new young hip democrat.

He is a left winged socialist in wolves clothing. He is for impeaching Trump, Open Borders, and raising taxes. I came from a heavily blue state before living in Texas, and I will make sure every vote that I cast is against the democrap, high taxed cities I had to flee from.

Beto has gone to California multiple times for his fund-raisers to get his donations. Does that tell you anything?

A vote for Beto is a vote for obstruction, and nothing getting done in congress. At least cruz is willing to work with the President to get things done. Beto Belongs in California..
