Ted Cruz has to trick people into opening his mailers/making donations - they look like official court summons (Congress, democratic)

Aren't you the lucky one who's never received these surreptitious political solicitations.
Well, I'm serious about wanting a link to a democrat - or any other politician of either party - who sent out a fundraiser blast mail that appears to be an official summons besides Ted Cruz.
And where the first line of the return address is "Travis County Official Summons". (Obviously, other candidates would have different counties).
I'm helping with mailers from the local Beto campaign, and they are obvious at a glance what they are.
Because that's kind of the difference, in a nutshell, between these two men.
You can kind of shrink this whole campaign down to whether their fundraising envelopes are obviously that, or they're designed to strike fear in the heart of the recipient and force him to rip the thing open.
What hasn't been said in the media, is what is inside the envelope. Could it appear to someone with limited capacity - like an elderly person - that they're paying off a fine to avoid arrest?
