I thought it was telling that Beto punched Cruz for winning as Senator and then turning right around and campaigning in ALL the counties in Iowa when he hasn't been to all the ones in TX

But he turns off his office phones when he has things coming up for vote and people want to call in and make your preference know--
We ARE his constituents even if we didn't vote for him...

Well that's odd. I call his office often and 90% of the time, the phone is answered by a staffer. Of course, I live in Texas, so there's that.

And the idea that the dreamers are not worthy of giving citizenship to is really lame
They are likely the MOST Americans of any illegals in the US because of the hoops they jumped through to become a dreamer
Like Beto said--if they succeed here, America succeeds
If they succeed elsewhere, we lose

I wish they had not had this at SMU-too many college kids whopping for their guy...

I didn't like either of the moderators--
They let Cruz run over but they did have some hard questions...

Beto is just more uplifting as a speaker--to me---

So Cruz complimenting Beto for his passion is an insult? Beto's comment, "true to form" was a childish comeback for a supposed grown man.

I have tried calling his office multiple times since I am a registered voter and taxpayer on various issues and because people are trying to voice their opinion on topics like voting on the ACA measure or voting on Gorsuch they often just turn off their phones or not empty the voice mail--which renders them useless...
But I do get my regular newsletter where Cruz pats himself on the back for all the great things he is doing for Texas...and anyone who watches or reads liberal media gets dizzy from the spin Cruz puts on his messages...

All politicians pat themselves on the back during the election cycle, Ted is not unique in that regard.

I've never had an issue contacting Ted's office however, good luck trying to reach McConnell's office. He doesn't have a message line even set up and no one answers his phone. It's very frustrating for me since I want him to do something about the rampant abuse of Tennessee Walking Horses in his state.

What are you talking about? Beto IS a socialist, isn't he? And he has made it crystal clear he wants to join democrats in impeaching Trump, right? So when Cruz mentions that, Beto is vague in his response, saying he'll work with the President if elected. How can you claim you'll work with someone when you seek to impeach him? You can't.

Yep, I saw the debate too. Lyin Ted was just smarmy. True to form indeed. Lyin Ted was A complete weasel.

Lots of emotion from Beto which I expect from the "Spartacus" Democrats. Boring and embarrassing to a serious voter.

Ted is always full of facts. He gets my vote as he doesn't waste my time.
