Thus far it looks like more of a stalemate than a wave on either side.

Remaining areas to report must be heavily D. A call can be made given the current results and the known history of the remaining areas.

Agreed. More evidence of how polarized the country is. Both sides came out.

I live in West Virginia and have said all along Manchin would win re election.I said it a year ago....six months ago...six days ago...yesterday.

I didn't vote for him but I don't know anyone here who expected him to lose.I don't know why so many people from other states expected any other result?

While West Virginia often goes for the R candidate for president its still an uphill battle in statewide elections for other positions. The only reason we have a republican governor is because he ran and was elected as a democrat and then switched parties......

You're all stupid inbreds in fly-over country that hug your guns and bibles before you go to bed.......(I'm making a joke)

oooooh, probably because you're all racist woman haters? (Again joking, at least for myself)

Maybe if they just keep insulting large sections of you state for long enough they'll find a combination that is successful?

Hard to imagine why the democrats struggle to get the Senate back. A real mystery. #sarcasm

Funny. CNN after the totally irrelevant “exit polling” were saying the caravan angle was the reason Trump lost it for the Republicans. Maybe next election they will do away with exit polls.

I agree, the President has lost 28 House seats per midterms since World War II.
