We dont know how many votes are in each precinct though. If we assume the Utah precincts all have the same number of votes there should be about 9000 votes left, with McAdams having a 600 vote lead there. but that just a an assumption.
This article says " Net result: If we estimate that about 2,900 of the outstanding Utah County provisionals are in the 4th District and if Love gets 72 percent, she’ll gain 900 votes there, bringing the margin to 1,319.

McAdams would need to get a little over 58 percent of those Salt Lake County provisionals to wipe out that margin."

My post is about same day and mail in ballots that have not been fully county and which precincts those ballots where assigned to.

The Utah Lt. Governors website states that the last day those will be in will be the 20th.

Provisional ballots are a whole new ball game.

Aha I missed that. Sorry. It will be interesting to see where this ends up. It's not my district, but we got a lot of the commercials, etc.

40,000 provisional ballots is a lot to go through,I know all of them may not be in the district, but this race likely wont be certified till early December.

I think sooner? It is a lot to go through indeed.
"Counties will certify results Tuesday, and the state finalizes that on Nov. 26."

And a candidate can request a recount (it's not automatic) if it's within .25% or less. Wouldn't be surprised if that ends up in play.

Still gonna be a tight race. She is ahead, but got less votes than expected in Utah County, where she does more favorably. Salt Lake County, where McAdams does better, will announce an update this afternoon.

It's going to be very funny if Love ends up winning after what Crooked Trump said.

Mia Love now up by 1516 votes, or .58%, which would be outside of auto recount margin.

It would be a laugh, but let's face it. She is going to do what Trump says to do just like all the other GOP stooges in Congress.
