there are 21 precincts left to report. 3 in Utah County, 18 in Salt Lake County
We dont know how many votes are in each precinct though. If we assume the Utah precincts all have the same number of votes there should be about 9000 votes left, with McAdams having a 600 vote lead there. but that just a an assumption.
This article says " Net result: If we estimate that about 2,900 of the outstanding Utah County provisionals are in the 4th District and if Love gets 72 percent, she’ll gain 900 votes there, bringing the margin to 1,319.
McAdams would need to get a little over 58 percent of those Salt Lake County provisionals to wipe out that margin."

It's going to be very funny if Love ends up winning after what Crooked Trump said.
