Pay for what?

Socialism and communism are just systems of property ownership and community politics, and syndicates.

If you’re talking about public works, yes that needs taxes. But if tax revenue wasn’t used to prop up corporations and help people, it would be much lower than today.

And communities can pool together surplus production like they do with electricity for public works.

Spread democracy to economics.
