I've been checking this page to see if anyone even mentions Andrew Yang is also running for POTUS.

https://www.yang2020.com

I gather no one thinks he has a chance.

The MSM always crowns the Democrat candidate for Democrats, and they're not going to crown him.

Sounds like the Federal Reserve. It's why it was put in place. To make sure there are adequate gains every year.

There is a reason no one is talking about him. The idea alone is something only someone who has no idea how our system works would even suggest. Now lets wait and see if other socialist pick up on this crazy idea.

Like the idea or not, it's going to happen. There are no other options. Maybe another black plague.

This isn’t anything new. Universal income has been bandied around for several years now.

Agreed. It's going to become necessary in the not too distant future. People who have no insight into what's coming in technology have no clue. But they will.

I think that when all the costs are fully calculated for welfare, the costs of middle-class drug addiction, loss of city services, and the loss of taxpayer base in our cities and counties, $1,000 a month universal income could be a real bargain.

There are thousands of people in their 50s who will never be employed again, and even more young who will never find steady employment. They are all going to cost us a lot, no matter what we do or don't, so there needs to be some thought given to those costs.
