Several years ago, Oprah Winfrey had attended Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago. She stopped attending the church because she did not like the inflammitory messages that Reverant Wright was preaching. Its interesting that it only took Oprah a short period of time to realize that Reverant Wright was a hateful person, but Obama has been there for over twenty years and claims that he was never aware of those sermons.
Ever since the footage of Wright was released, Oprah has suddenly been much more quiet about her support of Obama. I wonder why.

Also, remember this church of "Love" then started attacking and critisizing the "O" because she left.

Is there a link to the story where she said she did not like the messages that were being preached? Or did you speak to her yourself?

Do you have any proof that she left the church because of that? I saw a video where she said that she left when a charasmatic preacher said that God was a jealous God, and she didn't believe it. She took up New Age thinking as a result. I would think that this church she attended is the last church she went to. I don't know. But I could find nothing on the internet where she directly says why she left Rev. Wright's church.

I was just going to ask the same thing. Did Oprah tell you this herself? If you could not find anything on the internet, then that just proves this story is based on 'assumptions', not facts. It would be helpful if you could post articles to backup your statements. This proves your post is based upon how you want others to perceive it. I have not noticed Oprah being noticeably quiet either. Once an endorsement has been made, the media moves on to the next person and they don't focus on these people over and over again. Again, a bunch of assumptions and no proof to back up your statements.

There are no words in these 2 articles that come from Oprah saying that she left the church because of Rev. Wright.

They do give an OPINION on why she left, but I still see no hard facts or quotes from her.

She will not say that because the other O is her candidate of choice and that would ruin him. Let's try not to be naive people.

That's good to know. Did you know Oprah dated Roger Ebert? Yeah, the white movie critic. But she didn't date Jackie Chan. This makes her a racist.

She's anti-asian! See? SEE?

Roger also refused to date Jackie. He's a homophobe AND anti-asian.

Spooky... how you don't see things like that... until some wacko points them out.
