(POLL) Monica Conyers wearing Obama shirt at Detroit City Council meeting, is that right?? (voting, thought)

I agree with brattpowered. How about an option for "yes" or an option for "I don't see any point in responding to a poll in which the options are so blatantly editorial".
So they're a little crazy with the dress. Get a dress code. Or elect someone else.

Notice only Obama supporters seem to be ok with this. I would hope elected officials would be more professional and put together and less trashy with their dress. She can wear what she wants on her own time but when representing her city, she should have the decency to dress more professional (and no, the blazer isn't enough). All of them need to learn that.
Because obviously the OP feels that it is inappropriate and was making a poll just to satisfy his ego, not to actually get an honest answer to a question.

I'd be fine if it was a Clinton shirt! Or any shirt! Is this the fashion board? "What not to wear"?
I don't live in Detroit. If I did, I'd judge a lot more than her wardrobe when deciding whether or not to vote for her. I say again, if you live in Detroit and don't like the way she's dressing (and I hate to say it, Detroit, but her t-shirt is the least of your problems...) then either push for a dress code or elect someone else.

Quit your crying. At least somebody there is wearing some ragged Clinton undies.
...or even Clinton socks, holes and all.
Clinton is having money problems these days and can't dish out the best stuff. I don't see anybody complaining about this.
Oh, and city councils always attract the nutcases. I recall hearing about a city council member here in chicago (I can't remember his name) who once banged his shoe on his desk Khrushchev style.

You are completely deranged. I don't care if it's a McCain or Clinton shirt. Those 3 look like total freaks and they are at work! Glad I don't live in Detroit. I guess I look at it like this: if they care about their dress and how they present themselves, they probably don;t really care about the city or the decisions they make there eithe.
That is the Detroit City Council? With that BUNCH OF NUTS IN CHARGE IT'S NO WONDER DETROIT HAS GONE DOWN THE TOILET!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow. Are you getting paid to spout hatred on this forum? Just curious! how are you even comfortable doing that?
