WASHINGTON - The Democrats' seemingly unending battle to pick a nominee for the White House is taking a toll on the public, with growing numbers saying this year's presidential campaign is too negative and has lasted too long.
I don't know about you, but it feels to me that this Presidential campaign started when I started puberty, and that was 50 years ago!!!

I think alot of the negativity is coming from the news media.

They seem to be consistant on making it a black vs white or women vs men or liberal vs conservative thing. The fact is we all live in the same country and are basically tired of the status quo. They want to focus on things that make us different vs what brings us together.

I hope there will come a day when we will hold people accountable for telling the truth without exploiting certain groups. Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and many others should be taken out of business because they are divisive and no good.

I turned 41 this year, I don't recall a presidential campaign that wasn't negative.

I remember when Ford lost to Carter, there was a shot of the two in the limo and Ford looked like he was mad enough to spit.
