If the cars were exactly the same NO difference and one was $75,000 and the other was $10,000 only a fool would buy the expensive one. In healthcare we are talking about a much better system costuing much less. Even better!

The NHS is far from on the brinkl of collapse. It may have far more patients due to immigration but it is still a excelant service and more hospitals are being built every day. more doctors are being trasined every day. Far from collapse and i should know as i studied medicine in the NHS and have close links to the NHS.

If the private health care in Amwerica was better than the nhs in the UK i would agree but it isn't
We have a private sector for foreign patients who come here for treatment and also freedom of choice for anyone who wants to go private.
