Welcome to 2002.

It was really about the dollar, but since oil is priced in dollars, it's not a huge stretch.

Where does this leave all the warmongers who blindly followed Bush and believed his lies about the reasons for preemptively attacking Iraq? Makes them look like fools.

Can you give me a transcript? I'm deaf, really. But at times like this, it is a definite advantage.

Oil prices have jumped from $30 to $120. They(Bush and McCain) even suck at the 'evil' stuff.

Saddam didn't want $$$ for oil anymore. But I don't think oil was the sole reason for the war. I think the US wanted to have a base in the Middle East too -- and now they have one. (The Saudis were kicking us off their land before the War started.)

I can't believe anyone is naive enough not to know this to begin with. If any country in the middle east becomes powerful enough to control the oil coming out of there, they could hold the rest of the world hostage and they know it. This isn't a revelation.
