If Obama picked up the phone and told her that, if she agreed to quit now, she can have either VP or Majority Leader (assuming Harry Ried goes along) and that he will pay off her campaign debts including the loan she made to her own campaign, would she take the offer?

Nope. Let her twist in the wind as Hillary's kamikaze continues to spiral out of control.

I don't think she would quit on those terms, but I do think Obama has to offer her the VP position at some point. Even if she doesn't want it, I think he has to offer it and if she chooses to turn it down she should do so publicly and graciously.

Nope. She would accuse him of being arrogant, make more nasty commercials about him, and continue to look foolish until she dropped out at the DNC.

Yes he should, and she should accept.

Dick Cheney has proven that VPs can have immense power and influence after all.

It would very big of him to do this and if he did I would accept it. On the other hand they are both pointing out the flaws of each other to the public and are trying to convince the public to pay attention to these flaws. It would not look good in my eyes after everything that has been said they become running mates.

I think it would be a great idea, and a good offer for Hillary to accept. They'd be a powerhouse ticket with Bill behind the scenes providing advice only a former President could have to offer. Would all these folks work together without letting ego get in the way? Sure, why not... they each have been in politics successfully so for many years... they'd be able to work together.

I pray he doesn't do that. If she's on the ticket with him I will not and cannot support him in the fall.

No. Obama's already won the race, but keep it going.

The more exposure to the red states, the better. The more Obama and Clinton dominate the airwaves, the less attention for McCain. Any damage Clinton can dish out, GOP will do it many times worse so get it over now.

The last leg of Hilliary's defeat should be to try to move her supporters to Obama.

If Obama were to offer Hillary the VP position, it would only prove that he is unfit for the presidency. I don't think he would do it ----- now I see it being announced that she was offered but she politely declined as a way of Hillary saving face, but no she would not take it nor would Obama offer it.
