That has nothing to do with what I am referring to.

oops.
I sincerely apologize. Please post a link so that we can all come up to date on Senator Obama's apparent lack of knowledge of how many States the United States of America consists of, or of his proposed change in the Geologic and Geographic make-up of said States. Perhaps there are agents there that I can do business with?

THEY ARE NOT SIMILAR ON POSITIONS LIKE PEOPLE TRY TO MAKE IT LOOK, SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY PREFER ONE OVER THE OTHER. STOP CRYING.

Now you heard it from somebody black.
Exactly correct! It's not his skin color it's his politics. Obama is so far to the left he is freightning. If he were middle of the road I would jump on his bandwagon in a heartbeat but his record tells the story. He is by far the most liberal leftist-socialist US senator. That means he is going to push a leftist liberal platform to congress if elected.

He knows his liberal record is turning off voters for in his speech he says "forget the labels. I'm not about labels" inferring that he wants voters to forget how liberal and far left his voting record is.

Nope it's not about the color of his skin....it's the color of his politics...RED

Whoever called Obama stupid? He's not stupid. He's inexperienced. There is a difference.

So here we have empirical data that supports the thesis that Obama's race prevented some people from voting for him, whereas you have only your opinion to back you up. Once again, the nice thing about education is that it teaches you how to evaluate raw data and to make intelligent conclusions rather than depend on your opinion.
To be more specific they said race was A factor not THE ONLY factor. That means some of those people who voted for him voted for him BECAUSE he was Black. And whether or not the color of his skin was THE determining factor for all the Hillary voters can not be determined by this information.

But should race even be A factor at all? How is the race of a candidate even relevant to his electability?

Really, let's cut to the chase. Alot of Obama haters don't like him because he's black. That's the dirty little secret. "Not in my ethnic group, not gonna vote for him". And that's probably the kindest opinion some of them might have.

Give the guy a chance. Pretend he's a white guy who just happens to have some black DNA. Whatever it takes. But to call this man stupid is over the top.
Even though he is of mixed race, people only see that he's a "black guy", why is that ? What does the color of his skin have to do with his performance !

I guess because you want that candidate to represent you. If race means culture (like when people were told the whites wouldn't understand Rev. Wright's preaching because they didn't understand the culture of the black church), then people will more likely associate with the candidate who knows about their culture, wants , needs, etc. This doesn't mean that this is the only reason someone votes for/against a particular candidate, but when 2 candidates are so evenly matched philosophically, it can come to play for some people.
