What makes Obama stupid, just becaues he is "inexperienced"? You know, not too much time in Washington greasing the gears in politics, you know, like John McCain? Not alot of time as a whitehouse insider, like Hillary Clinton? Why is Obama stupid? Stupid compared to whom? To Stephen Hawking? Joe Sixpack? NASCAR dads?

Really, let's cut to the chase. Alot of Obama haters don't like him because he's black. That's the dirty little secret. "Not in my ethnic group, not gonna vote for him". And that's probably the kindest opinion some of them might have.

Give the guy a chance. Pretend he's a white guy who just happens to have some black DNA. Whatever it takes. But to call this man stupid is over the top.

Obama is not stupid, just inexperienced. He is way too far to the left and want too radical a change for the country to handle. It is really sad that you guys actually believe that this is a race issue. The media does a great job playing race don't they? I really don't know why I responded to this same tired thread since the only rascists out there are the Obama supporters. Maybe I can reach one of the incredibly closeminded individuals and help him turn his life around!

I think a lot of white people still can't believe that a non-white person can be smarter than them - smart enough to be president of the United States. That's why there's still plenty of hesitation about Obama. Ironically, the educated whites (the really smart ones) are more accepting of Obama, while the dumb redneck types are the ones who believe that their genes are superior, no matter what. The more ignorant and uneducated, the more arrogant and "superior" they think they are.

Good education really does help eradicate racism. I hope President Obama will invest more money to improve the public school system in places like Hicksville, West Virginia so that their inhabitants can be brought up to speed to 21st century standards.

Like I said above, living with a closed mind is a terrible thing! I wish you well sir for there is much help needed. I am sitting here with my roommate, who is African American and he can't believe the stuff some of you guys write either. He is saying to me how he didn't think it was possible to be that ignorant, but said he guessed he was wrong. I know exactly what he means!

Unfortunately, the empirical data shows that racism is a strong factor influencing the votes of certain people. See this:

It shows that 19% of respondents to exit polling done in the Pennsylvania primary said that race was a factor in their voting decision, and 59% of those who said that race was a factor voted for Clinton. Similar patterns were seen in Ohio.

So here we have empirical data that supports the thesis that Obama's race prevented some people from voting for him, whereas you have only your opinion to back you up. Once again, the nice thing about education is that it teaches you how to evaluate raw data and to make intelligent conclusions rather than depend on your opinion.

Yes there are people who will vote based on race, but that doesn't mean all people will. You guys pull the race card everytime somebody doesn't agree with you. In other words...
