I disagree with you. Barack has the best of both worlds. He is black and is up on his history. He is also white and is up on his white history. People only see one color here and that to me is shameful. Here is a man that has great knowledge of both races. People like you only see the color of his skin.
I am not going to voice an opinion on what history he might know about both races, but I do remember in 2007 when his name first starting floating all over the place, comments being made about his not being truly black and thus blacks would not totally support him. The next thing everyone hears is: he will be the first black President. The fact he is only 1/2 black was not longer discussed much. So, my opinion is: he decided to take full advantage of his black ancestry and play it up. Not only him, but the MSM and the Democrat party. I am not saying, it wasn't fair, all is fair in love and war, but he did use it to his advantage. He choose to make sure we all were aware of the color of his skin.
^^^^Who'll play the race card wherever it's politically convenient to him; look no farther than his recently launched assault on automobile dealers, who for the first time ever, MUST ask potential car buyers who finance their auto purchases through that dealership to ascertain the race and ethnicity of those buyers utilizing the preposterous 'disparate impact' measuring stick to see if auto dealers in the opinion of this DOJ and without any irrefutable proof discriminate against minorities.
Like Sharpton & Jackson, this 'community organizer', whatever the heck that is, is nothing more than a rabble rouser with a nice vocabulary and a propensity to lie all the time.

In all actuality, Obama's black side has ZERO ties to the struggle of blacks in America. He has no African American ancestors..........NONE!! His dad was born in Kenya and went right back after he got Obama's mom pregnant. Obam has No one who was a slave or lived under Jim Crow.
But if you go back far enough, I'm sure his white ancestors probably had a slave or two.
Ever see black Americans that where adopted by white parents?
They grow up with an advantage and are rarely if ever discriminated against.
They do very well in life and in their family they have as an adult.
They are not raised to be the victim
They don't go the getto thug route.
This is somewhat the same for half breeds, when Black baby daddy flies the coop and the kid is raised by white granny.
They are raised not knowing a thing about their black thug counterparts, giving them a bad name and they are raised to be the victim, because daddy left, or mom is a hoe.

Although no matter how many times people howl about it, it's always funny to watch people whine that Obama, and only him, absolutely must acknowledge his "white half", as if he were one of those Star Trek aliens. Some people just can't stand having a black president.
