Otto Kernberg described malignant narcissism as a syndrome characterized by a narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), antisocial features, paranoid traits, and ego-syntonic aggression. Other symptoms may include an absence of conscience, a psychological need for power, and a sense of importance (grandiosity). Pollock wrote: "The malignant narcissist is presented as pathologically grandiose, lacking in conscience and behavioral regulation with characteristic demonstrations of joyful cruelty and sadism."[1] Kernberg claimed that malignant narcissism should be considered part of a spectrum of pathological narcissism, which he saw as ranging from the Cleckley's antisocial character (today's psychopath) at the high end of severity, to malignant narcissism, to NPD at the low end.

Not really. Also the term Malignant was used because it cannot be cured.

Bush may be many things but he does not display the narcissistic traits. Hillary on the other hand fits the criteria extremely well. Bush was elected and it now sticks in many dem's claws that he got in twice. Bush is not running and he is history. Clinton on the other hand is a clear and present threat to America. Move on to the problems at hand, Clinton, Obama and McCain.

I support Hillary Clinton

I think its outrageous and rude to start going around trying to fit Hillary Clinton with a syndrome.

Woot Hillary

No, no and no again. Hate to rain on your parade but taint so. The folks of West Virginia and Kentucky would not have kicked Obama in the butt and voted for her if that was true. So take your hate somewhere else. Poop on you.
